Javier is an expert in Tax Strategies and Tax Planning he has helped CPA's and their business clients save over 200M in Taxes. He has been able to accomplish this large amount of tax savings by utilizing Tax Planning software and developing customized Tax Strategies. With over 20 years of experience under his belt, Javier is an expert in marketing automation and business growth. He has worked with some of the leading companies in the industry, including Infusionsoft, HubSpot, Chime, and Corvee. Throughout his career, Javier has helped over 500 firms achieve $1M in revenue by transitioning from compliance to advisory services. His skills as a tax plan strategist have also been invaluable, as he has assisted CPA firms in saving over $200M in taxes for their clients.
Javier's expertise extends beyond tax planning, as he is also an expert in Charitable Financing. He understands the importance of giving back to the community and has helped many businesses make a positive impact through strategic charitable giving. Jafet Martinez
Jafet Martínez Molina is a Magna Cum Laude JD/MBA graduate from the University of Puerto Rico Río Piedras. He is a Puerto Rico attorney with experience as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Court of Appeals of Puerto Rico and a Law Clerk for Monserrate, Simonet & Gierbolini. He also worked as a Legal Research Assistant for the University of Puerto Rico and a Paralegal for Seed Law LLC.
In addition, Jafet was a Fellow at the Cyberlaw Clinic at Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University, where he prepared motions and conducted research on Contract Law, Cyber Law, Intellectual Property Law, and First Amendment law for clients and policy review.
Jafet is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and has critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
He is proficient in using LexisNexis, Westlaw, Microjuris, Clio Legal Software, Microsoft Office, Trello, Google & Microsoft environments. He has experience in legal research, team building, and management, and is a technological innovator for productivity. Jafet has a Conflict Resolution and Mediation Certification and is a Federal Bar Association – Puerto Rico Chapter member.
